how DSC can be removed from income tax efiling and new DSC of another person can be register for filling form 15g/h... Thanks in advance.

Just register the new DSC after changing the principal contact details to the match the DSC of that person

You have to first change principal contact then add digital signature of changed person thats it...!!!
