19 July 2021 Respected Member,
1. We had received ADT 1 for GST Audit & later GST observation letter from officer stating the amount of GST payable now if I want to make payment through Form DRC-03, under cause of payment which option should I select- It is not voluntary i.e. before officer determines the liability, show cause notice is not issued since the officer had sent GST observation letter, other options also do not match.
2. Also for F.Y.2018-19 we had claimed ITC in August 2019 (F.Y.2019-20) & the officer has stated it ineligible and the amount is shown as GST payable for F.Y.2018-19 but, in form DRC 03 period is to be mentioned in F.Y. 2018-19 particularly the month, which month should we state since we had not availed in F.Y.2018-19 or can we state April 2018- March 2019.
Please suggest a remedy.

20 July 2021 1. Pay DRC-03 under voluntarily option , sec 73(5). 2. Select April 2018- March 2019, if you didn't know the exact month.

I am registered GSTIN holder in Maharashtra & I entered into a transaction with party of Delhi (07 GSTIN) & claimed ITC (IGST and place of supply as mentioned in my GSTR 2A by supplier is Maharashtra) but the officer said it is ineligible therefore I want to make payment in DRC-03 i.e. IGST payment but what should be the place of supply: Maharashtra/ Delhi

Please suggest a remedy

22 October 2021 Issue in Filing Appeal- Form 35
Respected Madam,
I on behalf of client tried to file Form 35 for A.Y.2018-19 but on proceeding to E-verify the form with DSC option, an error appears as Submission Failed "Invalid Input". I also tried contacting Income Tax Help desk but the automated machine replied PAN & Date of Birth does not match (even though it was matching) and did not proceed further. We request your kind selves to suggest a solution to this error as soon as possible.
