Sub: Reimbursement of expenses- Brazil- TDS- Period........-Reg.
Ref: AO's notice..........dated......

In connection with the referred letter relating to non deduction of tax at source in respect of the reimbrusement of the expenses relating to Foreign travel to brazil, we state as under:
Facts; Date of travel, by whom, for what purpose and the reimbursed amounts spent where by what means(Credit card, cheque or what way).
Section: mention the legal provisions and the ingredients of the section which sdoesnot require TDS on the money spent outside in India and your jusitification.
Conclusion: tkae your stand and mention why you have not deducted TDS, mention the basis (CIrcular or judgment) etc. and specifically ask for dropping of the proceedings.
We hop that that the above submissions clarify all the issues and that in case you need more information or documents, we shall be gld ot provide them upon hearing from you.
