Can someone provide me format of letter for the acceptance of draft order issue by Income Tax Officer?

The income tax officer, as I understand from your query, makes a letter stating the proposals to be made in the order and seeks objections if any, with reasons thereof, and is either mailed to the assessee or the A R or handed over to the AR during a hearing.
There does not appear to any draft order acceptance letter format. The reply to this proposals is in itself an acceptance either same as proposed or subject to differences contended.
