14 October 2019 Is it mandatory for all companies to file DPT-3

Companies incorporated in 2018-19, no transactions,no business . Such companies need to file DPT-3 ?

14 October 2019 Yes, every company incorporated till 15th June 2019 need to file DPT-3

14 October 2019 This is the one time return in life, you dont have to file DPT -3 every year, if u have not taken deposits under section 72
