IF A COMPANY HAS NOT ANY DEPOSIT , THAN FOR FILLING OF DPT- 3 CA CERTIFICATE IS MANDATORY ??

20 June 2019 Auditor’s certificate is mandatory only in the following cases
1. Return of Deposit
2. Return of deposit and particulars of transactions by a company not considered as a deposit
