21 January 2023 1.on which basis register folio number and certificate number given in share certificate?

2.And if the same shareholder, additional shares alloted. In this case, how register folio number and certificate number given in the share certificate?

3. on which basis, share certificate issuing date is fixed?
Please explain.

21 January 2023 1 Each share holder separate folio number allotted. Share certificates issued in consecutive number starting from 1.
2 If you have the physical certificates, the folio number is written on top of the share certificate along with the distinctive numbers of the shares. Folio number will be same for subsequent issue to the same share holder.
3 Date on which the share certificates have been issued and signed by the directors is to be put on the share certificates.
