Anybody can please tell me what does 'New unique registration number' mean in the application form for november ipce. Does it mean just my 'registration number' or anything else? For all attempts in ipce we will have only one registration number, right?

Unique registration no means nothing but your registration no. Just fill your registration no in such column.
Previously there is different registration no's for different stages of CA but now a days for all stages only one registration no i.e. Only one registration no for the CA Students for their student life. So it is called as Unique registration no.
Those students who are in old process also required to unique registration no now. So it is called new unique registration no.
