Double time oltas payment.

Dear Experts I have transfer online using SBI to my client a sum of Rs.18090/- a self assessment tax for the Assessment Year 2015-16 on 21/12/2015. Due to some technical error bank could not process the same. I wait for the same till 23/12/2015 and 23/12/2015 I once again process using fresh entry and make payment of Rs.18100/- and file IT Returs. On 24/12/2015 morning I have received message from SBI we have transferred a sum of Rs.18090/- to OLTAS for the same assessment year 2015-16 I have already filed IT returns late. Can I claim refund for the same or what is the procedure to get my amount. Please experts view required and thanks in advance.
