Sunny its not possible to explain the double taxation provisions in detail over here. Please refer to Section90, 90A, 91of the Income Tax Act. Try interpreting them, if even then you are not clear please refer to some of the books written by well known authors. The provisions as such are straight forward and comparetively easy to understand.
