Hi Friends..
One of my Client incorporated in 2005 but the client wants to file ROC related forms now. But the Company status in master details showing as"Dormant".
So plz give is their any special procedure to complied as compared normal situation

1) Accounts for the pending years are to be audited.
2) E file form 61. Mandatory attachments are application and an affidavit in stamp paper in support of the application.
3) After the approval of e-form 61, Check 'company master data'. Status will be shown as 'Active in Process'
4) Then company can file pending forms like e-form 23AC, 23ACA, 66 etc.
5) After the approval of all the pending forms filed, company maser data will show the status as 'active'.
