Form 61 requires the details of stamp duty paid under the relevant Stamp Act and affidavit verifying the contents of the application in case of ‘Compounding of offences’ or ‘Declaring a defunct company under section 560’.

Stamp duty varies from state to state. You may, in the cited issue, refer page 4 to 6 of the instructions to e-form 61 wherein stamp duty of all the states are given.
