Dear Expert,
pls give me solution as soon as possible. the company incorporated in 2004 now the company become the DORMANT company,i have to file form 61 but he said he dont have login id & password and also digital signature. pls help me as soon as possible. can i go for manually
pls help me with detail procedure how i file my form 61.

Manual filing is not permitted. Form 61 has to be filed electronically.
i) company has to e- file form 61 first.
ii)after its approval, status will be changed to 'active in progress'.
iii) then the company has to file all the pending returns with in 21 days from the date of the aforesaid approval.
iv) if complied with, the status will be changed to 'active' on approval of all the e-forms filed.
N.B:-
i) attachment to e-form 61 are-
a detailed application;
affidavit (in stamp paper) in support of
the application.
ii) fee payable-
normal as well as additional filing
fee as per schedule X of the Co's Act
1956 has to be paid for e-filing the
pending forms.

Yes, manual filing is not permitted..
You can proceed with above suggestion,
and you have to register with mca21 portal and can file all ROC forms from that login id and password
to know how to register with mca21

you can obtain DIGITAL SIGNATURE from authorized delears.

but i have some confusion in form 61 and about format of application and the matter in the application and one more thing what is din-3

If director of a company is appointed before 01/07/2007, the company has to e-file DIN-3.
