30 October 2012 Sir,
i registered a private limited co. in 1996 but have not filed any forms presently the status in MCA portal is dormant? what shall i do to active & how much will it charge.

30 October 2012 File Form 61 with MCA using the option " Normalising the Dormant Company" attaching there with an application and a notarized affidavit in support of the application.

Post approval 21 days will be given to file the Annual returns ,Balance Sheets and Profit and loss accounts.

If complied,the Status of company will change from dormant to 'active in process' and then to 'active'.

11 November 2012 Yes I also agree with the expert. Follow his advise you can re-activate the company. If you do not know the procedure then catch hold of any CA or CS who will do it but you will be charged accordingly
