Donation for Charitable Trust

Hi, my name is Rajneesh Jaiswal, i wanted to know if there is any restriction on a Charitable Trust regd with Charity Cimmissioner but not registered with Income Tax for Sec. 80G benefits to accept donations from a trust registered in London under Income Tax as well as FEMA provisions

It should be approved by comm of Incone tax in india.
