If Gross total Income is negative then Donation u/s 80G can not be claimed.
Can it be claimed u/s 37 ?

1.vipul deduction u/s 80G can be claimed only out of gross total income..in case of negative GTI you can't claimed it.
2. you can't claim deduction for donation in sec 37..because deuction for donation will be allowed only out of GTI

Yes, Agree. Question of taking Deduction u/s 37 doesnt arise.
