Clarification regarding applicability of DTP
X Co.- Directors are A, B, C(no shares of C).
Y Co.- Directors D & E(D is a major Shareholder)
Relationship - D is son of C and nephew of A & B.
Transaction :- X Co. buys goods from Y Co. over 5Crs. Will it attract DTP ??
