07 January 2017 We have an 0% EPCG license. We want start domestic sale before starting export as we are confident that we will meet EO with in 6 years. Can we start domestic sale first before start of export. If yes, then is there any circular or notice for the same.

07 January 2017 Yes, you can start domestic sales as there is no such condition as to first fulfil the export obligation before you start sales in domestic

21 January 2017 EPCG Authorisation is issued subject to actual user conditions implying that the capital goods imported against the EPCG Authorisation cannot be used for manufacture of any other purpose except for export production for complying with export obligation period until export obligation fulfilled and redemption certificate obtained.
