21 October 2013 dear sir/mam,
is it right to start CS if I have cleared my CA IPCC both groups and my final attempt is in May 2016

21 October 2013 Yes you can do CS along with CA,
You have to fill form 112 regarding that you are doing an additional course along with CA and have to submit it to ICAI...

ICAI permit an additional course with CA...

23 October 2013 Yes you can start CS with CA. But kindly observe following 2 suggestions:

1. Join CS only after clearing your IPCC both groups as this will create less pressure on you.
2. As suggested by expert intimate ICAI about joining CS through filing of form 112.
