PRPL:- Rental Deed, Electricity Receipt & Card, Property Tax Receipt/Water tax
Person: PAN, AADHAAR, ID Proof, Add. Proof, Bank Pass book/statement, Photo, etc.,

If the building is in your father's then it s correct. Who is the property owner above said PRPL documents is his name....
