I am working for a sole proprietorship concern in India as a sales executive.What written document can I take from the concern to acknowledge that I am working on salary basis ?

appointment letter or form 16 if they are TAN number ..

the proprietor can also issue a salary certificate. that alongwith your bank statement shall be the conclusive proof.
