Someone please tell me about what are the documents required to be filed with ROC annualy by a private company as well as public company.

Documents required to be filed with ROC annually -
1. Form 23 AC for Balance Sheet to be filed by all Companies.
2. Form 23 ACA for Profit and loss Account to be filed by all Companies.
3. Form 20B for Annual Return to be filed by all Companies having share capital.
4. Form 21A for Annual Return to be filed by all Companies without share capital.
5. Form 66 for Compliance Certificate to be filed by all Companies having paid up share capital of Rs. 10 Lacs to Rs. 5 Crore.
