What type of documents can be authorized by a Tax Consultant? Can he certify unaudited balance sheet, balance sheet for small banking loans (say upto 2 lakh), small project reports (say upto 5 lakh)?

He can Certify balance sheet as:
Based on our examination, and the information and explanations given to us, we report that the Statement is in agreement with the books of account and other records of the Company as produced to us for our examination.
