20 July 2012 Dear Sir/Madam,

I,m registering ourself with Central Excise, for address proof we are submiting Leave and license agreemen, as our office is on rent. Alongwith this we'll have to submit supportive address proof such as electricity bill, water bill, etc.

Can you please suggest on whose name these supportive documents are required on our company name or on office owner name?

20 July 2012 1) Copy of the PAN card of the Company
2) proof of address of the premises, if on rent, copy of the rental agreement. Municipal tax fee receipt of the premises copy
3) Directors list, address with PAN details with proof of address
4) Copy of the memorandum and articles of association to prove the constitution of the applicant
5) Power of attorney in respect of authorised person by Board resolution.

Please note that the address proof should be in the name of the company not on the owner name. Post paid landline telephone bill, VAT RC, can be submitted for proof of address.
