Do i need to register for stpi/sez/eou/ehtp/epz?

22 August 2018 I am sole proprietor. I am exporting software services to USA through internet, there is no involvement of government. Now

1. Do I need to register for any of this STPI/SEZ/EOU/EHTP/EPZ?

2. do i need to file and submit Softex form to bank and government to take inward remittance along with FIRC?

23 August 2018 Registration is mandatory to avail the benefits available to STPI/SEZ/EOU/EHTP/EPZ. Submission of SOFTEX form is also mandatory requirement.
