11 February 2015 How does a company pay dividend to a shareholder who has bought shares from a broker? Does the company's share registry maintain the particulars of such shareholders?

11 February 2015 yes all those who are registered as share holders as members in the regisitered maintained for this purpose on date of declaration of dividend are entitled for same.
