What should be the minimum percentage of dividend on which preference shares can be issued ?
Can it be .1 % Preference Shares .

Law is completely silent about the Min percentage. However it must be mutually agrees between the issuer and proposed allottee.

Name of preference shares and fixing the div percentage is the same thing according to me.
percentage mentioned in the name of pref shares and actual percentage cannot differ.
