What should be the minimum percentage of dividend on which preference shares can be issued ?
Can it be .1 % Preference Shares .

26 July 2010 Law is completely silent about the Min percentage. However it must be mutually agrees between the issuer and proposed allottee.

26 July 2010 Name of preference shares and fixing the div percentage is the same thing according to me.

percentage mentioned in the name of pref shares and actual percentage cannot differ.
