My co. a Pvt. Ltd. Co. wants to distribute dividend. So I want to know the procedure for the same including last date of depositing dividend distribution tax etc.

1. 15% is the rate of DDT.
2.To be paid with in 14 days from the date of:-
declaration of dividend,or
distribution of dividend,or
payment of dividend,
whichever is earliest.
