ABC Private Limited declared a dividend at 10% on the equity shares of the company in the last AGM held on 17.09.08.
Accordingly, payment also made to the shareholders.
Now, my query is : whether any e-form is to be filed for the said transaction.
I may request the Experts' to give their views.
