I want to know about the divided declaration date throught out the year
how many times company can declare divident in a year.
and on which month ?

Normally there are 2 types of dividend declared by the co. One is final dividend declared by shareholders in the AGM.
Second is Interim dividend declared by the board of director between 2 final dividends i.e. in the middle of the year.
Law is silent regarding how many times company can declare divident in a year.
