22 September 2012 if company has 10,00,000 shares @Rs.10 each at 31st march 2012,company issue 2,50,000 new shares @Rs.10 each on 31st may 2012 & Record date for dividend is 30th sep.2012.which shareholder entitle for 2011-12 dividend.

22 September 2012 SECRETARIAL STANDARD ON DIVIDEND

Entitlement to Dividend -

3.1 Only the registered holders of shares are entitled to Dividend. Dividend should be paid (i) in respect of shares held in electronic form, to those persons whose names appear as beneficial owners in the statement(s) furnished by the Depository(ies) as on the close of the market day prior to book closure or, in the case of Interim Dividend, on the record date; (ii) in respect of shares held in physical form, to those Shareholders whose names appear on the company’s register of members after giving effect to all valid share transfers in physical form lodged with the company before the date of book closure or, in the case of Interim Dividend, on the record date; and (iii) in respect of share warrants, to the holders of such warrants.
