In case a director is disqualified due to non compliance then what status he enjoy at that time, can he sign resolution ??

disqualified directors is treated as he vacate office of company. so he can not sign any documents physically or digitally

thanks sir,.....But if director filed DIR-10 for removing disqualification then in that case what status ? & who will sign company documents
