13 October 2017 In case a director is disqualified due to non compliance then what status he enjoy at that time, can he sign resolution ??

14 October 2017 disqualified directors is treated as he vacate office of company. so he can not sign any documents physically or digitally

14 October 2017 thanks sir,.....But if director filed DIR-10 for removing disqualification then in that case what status ? & who will sign company documents
