14 January 2010 mr x was director in xyz pvt ltd

he has not attended any board meeting since last five years

company has no information as to identity proof and address proof as also din of director how such director can be removed from company

14 January 2010 In fact he is no more a director of your company as this is a case of deemed vacation of office u/s 283(1)(g).

File form 32 for his vacation of office.
