04 February 2018 Condonation of Delay scheme 2018 is a scheme available after a large number of representations filed by disqualified directors. This scheme is open for three months from 01 January 2018 to 31st March 2018 wherein DIN of disqualified directors will be activated to facilitate pending annual filing.
