Displaying refund encashed ??

Respected Sir,
For the FY 2005-06, NSDL website is displaying that refund has already been encashed on 28/08/2007. But we have not received the refund.
So, how to get the details of encashment as who has received it and in whose Bank account it has been credited???

Hi,
You can write letter to your assessing officer in that regard for non receipt of cheque.
