Is it mandatory for the Limited companies to dispatch its Annual reports through India Post Only, is there any rule or clause in Company law or by SEBI stating that?
Kindly provide some information on the same.

Nothing is specified but you have to ensure timely reach of annual reports to the shareholders of the company in accordance with section 171.
