Can anyone send me the format for preparing the Discounted cash flow for share allotment to a Foreign investor.This is reqd, for FCGPR filing.

Ther is no format as such. You need to take the figures from the existing management for the future cash flows. From these work out the discounted cash flow. The rate of discount is important. For specific query please write to amolshankar@gmail.com
