23 March 2012 Dear All Professionals,

Please let me know that when Disclosure of Interest u/s. 299(3) is received at the time of closure of FY.

When can it be asked
a) any time during March
b) on the last date of FY i.e. 31st March
c) may be received any time after the FY year eg. in April......

23 March 2012 This is obtained at any time before ending Financial Year. Generally, if i talk about my company, it is obtained during end of March !!

23 March 2012 General notice expires at the end of the financial year and a fresh notice must be given by the director concerned. Such a renewal notice is required to be given in the last month of the previous financial year so that it may operate in the succeeding financial year. So any date of March would suffice.
