In case of private limited co., whether it is necessary for the director to give MBP-1 (Disclosure of Interest) even if he has no interest in any contract/agreement. If answer is yes, then in which form it is to be filed with ROC.

Yes, director has to give NIL MBP-1 to the company. But filing of MGT-14 with ROC by pvt ltd companies ,in due compliance thereon, is withdrawn by notification GSR 464(E) dated 5.6.2015.

No intimation will be sent to ROC but MBP-1 is mandatory for every director to give to company on 01.04. every year and board of directors will acknowledge the acceptance in first meeting of every FY.
