28 June 2014 Kindly let me know whether it is required to file form MBP-1 and Form MGT-14 if director is not interested any where.

If Director is also Director in any other company, Whether disclosure is required?

29 June 2014 1. If director is not interested anywhere, no need of MBP-1 and MGT-14.

2. IF director is a director in any other company , MBP-1 is required.

01 July 2014 In your case MBP-1 is required to be file. MGT-14 is filed for the certain type of resolution passed in the meeting and it shall be file within one month from the day resolution passed.
