Kindly let me know whether it is required to file form MBP-1 and Form MGT-14 if director is not interested any where.

YES IT IS REQUIRED US 184 OF CA 2013.

1. If director is not interested anywhere, no need of MBP-1 and MGT-14.
2. IF director is a director in any other company , MBP-1 is required.

In your case MBP-1 is required to be file. MGT-14 is filed for the certain type of resolution passed in the meeting and it shall be file within one month from the day resolution passed.
