Dear Experts,
A Ltd Co has not maintained Salebill serially month wise for the year.The department want to disallow the input credit on VAT on the same ground.
Is the content of the department justified?
Plz refer case law with reference to the same .

yes VAT Act give power to VAT officer to disallow the same.
