Is it necessary for a practicing chartered accountant to have DISA qualification to get the bank audit (Statutory/ IS Audit)?

IS Audit is given to a DISA or CISA qualified.
However, DISA is not necessary for a member to be appointed as a Bank Branch Statutory Auditor.
