06 September 2012 Is there any compulsion to pay salary to the Director of the company? If yes, then what will be the percentage of TDS deduction in this case?

08 September 2012 There is no compulsion to pay salary to Directors. If salary is paid the TDS has to be calculated as per provisions of section 192 of Income tax act
