04 October 2014 If in a listed Company, there are 6 Directors (1 M.D, 2 WTD, 3 independent Director),
then who is liale to retire by rotation?
As Independent Director are not liable as per new Act.

Please tell Its very urgent.

04 October 2014 As per my opinion it is time for you to re-structure your board of directors as in the current scenario it would be tuff to ensure compliance.

Also check the status of WTD whether they are rotational or non-rotational.
