What are the provisions in respect of Directors retiring by Rotation. we have 6 directors in our company.

how many directors are retire by rotation??
for directors liable retire by rotation
not less then 2/3 i.e. 4 directors
out of those 1/3 will reite by rotation every year i.e 4/3 i.e 1 director has to retire evrery year
first comfirm how many director in your comapny liable to retire by rotation.

Kindly refer section 255 and 256 for rotational retirement provisions if your company is a public company.
