17 September 2010 What are the provisions in respect of Directors retiring by Rotation. we have 6 directors in our company.

for directors liable retire by rotation
not less then 2/3 i.e. 4 directors

out of those 1/3 will reite by rotation every year i.e 4/3 i.e 1 director has to retire evrery year

first comfirm how many director in your comapny liable to retire by rotation.
