06 October 2014 Is it compulsory to have atleast one Managing Director in a Pvt. Ltd.?

Can all directors be normal and not keep any M.D. ?

Is this possible ..

06 October 2014 Appointment of MD is not compulsory under companies act 2013. All directors of a private company can be ordinary directors.

Plz tell me the paid up share capital of your pvt company to suggest u further.

06 October 2014 There will be 11 Directors in the Pvt Ltd.
with Paid up & Authorised Capital of Rs 10,000 each..i.e., Rs 1,10,000
