28 June 2016 Dear sir
One of my company director also associate with other company as Managing director.
He taken salary from both of the company .
It salary as details as follows
He taken 3,00,000 /A from I company and it is loss for the year 2015-16
he taken 2,40,000/A from II company it proft
I doubt is whether is problem in this case
Kindly advise the sames

28 June 2016 its depend on working hours of director in a company and also wrok scope or paying capacity of the company like that many thing will decide the remuneration of salary. but managing director normally appoint for whole day.
