Dear sir
One of the director of my company ,he is also MD Of other company. He drawn salary from both company.
Salary details for the finanical year 15-16
1. 3,00,000 from loss company ( Status: Director )
2. 2,40,000 from profit company (status M.D)
I doubt if there is any problem in above matter .
Kindly advise the sames

ts depend on working hours of director in a company and also wrok scope or paying capacity of the company like that many thing will decide the remuneration of salary. but managing director normally appoint for whole day.
