18 July 2011 No. The rule has been amended vide Companies (Particulars Of Employees) amendment Rules,2011 dated 31/03/2011 by which the limit has been enhanced to:-
1)If employed for part of the year disclosure to be made for those receiving not less than Rs. 5lacs per month.
2) If employed through out the year the amount is not less than Rs.60 lacs per annum.
