29 June 2010 Dear all,
in director's report there is a point about details of employees who are having salary of Rs. 200000/- pm or more.

My question is, what is included in this term salary, means what to include or what not???

pls respond as soon as possible.

29 June 2010 Remuneration includes basic salary, allowances and taxable value of perquisites and it should necessarily be in accordance with the explanation to section 198 of the Companies Act,1956.
